Established in 2001, Rocca Pia, Inc was named after Fat Tommy's descendant's village in Italy.  Being of Italian heritage, Tommy has always understood the importance of good food.  Working in various restaurants around Pittsburgh while putting himself through business school, he decided to go into the pizza business after working in the corporate environment for a couple years.  Since then he's been serving some of Pittsburgh's best brick oven pies.
